Deed Restrictions

Deed restrictions are written agreements that restrict, or limit, the use or activities that may take place on property in a subdivision. These restrictions appear in the real property records of the county in which the property is located. They are private agreements and are binding upon every owner in a subdivision. Each section in the DCCCLOA has its own deed restriction document. County and State laws supersede these restrictions.

If you feel that a fellow lot owner is in violation of the deed restrictions, please let the DCCCLOA know. You can use the "Contact Us" section of this website. Please include the Section and Lot # and owner's name (if known), as well as a description of the violation. Thank you.
